The place is rather spacious. Also there are various non-smoking room with various space arrangement to choose, so you might feel differently in each room. There is also an large open-space smoking area for you who'd rather smoke. With the new order from table feature, I feel very comfortable for not having to queue in a long line. Moreover, the mushala is well-kept and clean.

Nice place to work. Better if the order by app is working again. They have nice frappe. I ordered mushroom meatball, quite nice taste. Nice playlist. Many power plugs. Strategic location. Fast wifi. Mushola available. Not for gathering unless you book the private room. The cleanliness can be improved.

Nice place to hangout with friends. The foods are just so so but the facilities was great. They have some games to play and a lot of electric sockets for students who need places to study. They have good wifi to but it wasn't really that reliable. The parking spot for motorcycle were enough but not for cars. The place is open for 24 hours.

This place is a melting pot for gamers, uni students, freelancers, and some early-stage start-ups. It has high-speed internet. The noice moderately high, because of its customers blended with slow jazz music. Nice place for work, study, gaming, chit-chat, meet-up. With a reasonable price.And it has a good Aceh Gayo Coffee Beans.

Nice place for gathering or working environment. I haven't tried all their food, but so far it's delicious. Not so filling, but very compatible for gathering or working.

Good for chitchat or boost your work

The place was cozy, the food and drink were okay, and the staffs were nice. There were different kinds of seating, so you could sit alone or with your friends. Wifi was fast enough 👍🏻

Food and drinks are upnormal standard. Place is quite big but wow the crowd is quite crazy (maybe it was the midterm exam timing?). Hard to work and have a meeting with the noise.

standard food, but they have a very quite and cozy place. perfect place to have some meeting and do your homework with very fast wifi connection. oh, they also use digital order, and you need to install their application first in playstore. cool !

Access to the place is easy for it's near Dago's intersection. The place is spacious, it has both smoking and non-smoking area. To order, you have to go straight up to the cashier. The parking lot isn't so spacious, though. You may need to think twice if you plan to come by car on peak hours. A lot of students coming here to do tasks or just hang out.

Nice place to hangout with your friends. This place is mostly filled by college students. So it's not a suitable place if you need more quiet atmosphere to work, because it's pretty crowded especially at night. The food and drink's taste are moderate and suits the price. There is an Upnormal mobile app to facilitate ordering, and get promos.

The difference between this and other upnormal is this one have some extra menu including more choice of coffee the rest is the same. And also this one open for 24 hours (I can't confirm it tho, but they put it on their store front).

This place put tables so close together, hindering walkers to roam trough the place. The food differs greatly from what in the menu looks like. And the taste is nothing to expect much. Hope they fix this soon. Thanks.

A comfortable place to do work with laptop. There is a mushola and clean toilets here. Most of the visitors are university students. I suggested for you to download upnormal apps before go to this place. It helps you to order the menu faster. If you are a smokers you can use the outdoor area, they also provide ashtray.

Please Upnormal digital marketing person, it's better if you give personalized answer to reviews than generic template promo. I got that already in my email. Anyway, some electrical outlet here are unusable. I tried the upnormal app to order here. It was awesome. But I was nervous to get out without going to the cashier.

24-hours restaurant with delicious coffee. The meal is more to the expensive side, but still affordable. The only thing is that this place is crowded and kinda full at night.

Wifi doesnt really work (probably when its busy since thats when i came, food was mediocre and not worth the price. Service is quite slow and you'll find trouble adding on more for your order. On the other hand, there are a lot of sockets for charging electronics, many come here to do tasks. Personally I find it way too busy to do tasks let alone have a nice meal, but if you don't mind how busy it is, go ahead. Music isn't as loud as it is in other branches.
